The staff here are very kind and eager to help. I had an issue with my phone not properly connecting to my car's Android Auto (via a cable) and they were very happy to help me figure out which of the three was the culprit. They gave me great advice, and even did a quick complimentary port-clean on my phone to help aid. In the end it was the cable that was faulty, but they were still a big help in finding the source of the problem. Would highly recommend!

They were fast and friendly! They fixed my broken screen in just 2 hours on a Sunday. I am so grateful they had the necessary part for my Pixel 4a (old) in stock! They got me out of a jam and did it quickly. So grateful. Such a positive experience.

Very helpful. Took my computer. They informed me that they could do it for me but it would be a $800, but if I use my apple care it would be way cheaper.
Can say much more about the character of the people. There definitely Customer. oriented.

Both gentlemen were quick, accomodating and cordial. They got the parts in fast. They installed the parts in less than a day. They cleaned my phone and re-installed the SIM card before they got it back to me. Thank you!

I am far more dependent on my phone working correctly than I realized. I was very concerned. But a two hour estimated repair near closing time took only 40 minutes and the replacement screen was in stock. I'm relieved, amazed and very pleased.

If you have an issue with your electronic devices this is your place to go! US Cellular directed me this store for a diagnostic screening for my cell phone. They were quick diagnosing the issue. I was abe to start an insurance claim that same day. The replacement had issues with set-up and I returned to
U Break It I Fix It and in no time my replacement phone was good to go! 100% recommended this location for any cell phone repair!

They didn't have the things to fix my phone, but they didn't need them. Cause they spoke to Asurion, and they worked it out between the 2 parties that they would just give me a new phone. The guy that was at uBreakiFix working with me stayed on the phone with the Asurion representative and walked through the process, and made it easy on me. I had my new phone delivered the next day. Recommend place of business.

The places absolutely incredible the 1st day. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon. The 2nd day I was gonna hour and a 1/2 on the phone with Verizon. And Samsung turn try to get my phone fixed. They couldn't do it. They sent me to you. Break it, you fix it. I walked in there and literally within 1 minute that I had my phone fixed. No charge, that was it. It was incredible. Have you ever got something? Electric broke at the place you need to go

I have never had a bad experience with them with the 5+ times I've gone to have one my my devices fixed.
Today I went and got my phone screen replaced which I went in store but they also offer mobile repair where they come to you!
It is fast and efficient I'm a tech person and I'm impressed at how fast they can get it done, usually it's 2 hours depending on what you need and how busy they are.
Eveyone there is very patient and understanding.
Today even I had called and spoke with Chris and said I don't care what it takes I need a working phone today and I went in and they made it happen.
Highly recommend.
In my 3 years of being a professional Google reviewer experience this is probably one of the better repairs places I've been to by far.
